Plot Summary

This arc is a straight hunt for the prize. Coinciding with advances of temporal technology and the advent of the new Warp Disk (a much more compact and variably powerful method of travel than the older more delicate Chronoplates) the 1st Division is alerted to the theft of a large stockpile in transit, allowing for almost untold damage to the timestream and loss of life.

This is compounded when it is discovered when investigations unfold that there appears to be a Russian Nuclear Submarine that has been hijacked, raising the threat level even higher with the mobility and stealth that it provides when combined with the Warp Disks, and the damage capabilities of the nuclear arsenal.

Teams are deployed throughout history to try and locate the missing sub, though it is largely a needle in a haystack there are reports that they have found in the histories of a “sea monster” of some kind that seemed to confront and destroy ships across the seas of the 18th, 19th & 20th Century. Lucas, Andre & Finn, are deployed to one such location to join an expedition of scientists and sailors out to hunt down this mysterious creature.

They are given the cover of scientists and join an expedition heading out to hunt the "creature" that had been sinking ships.
