Characters

There are a fair number of character that appear throughout the series. A number of those pop up both as main characters, and recurring ones that show up again and again in various forms, as well as adversaries. These are the core cast that the reader will be most familiar with over the course of the series.

However some characters appear only briefly and are incidental to the overall story. Some vanish into death, or are indigenous to a particular setting that is not revisited, and while they may be important to the individual story arc, they do not pop up again in the grand scheme of things.
